Transparent formula management
Metal balance calculations are defined as named, versioned formulas that every user can inspect, so there is no hidden logic behind a reported number.
Recoveries, contained metal, moisture corrections and consumable rates are all expressed as formulas held in the system, grouped by processing area and unit of measure. Each formula states how it aggregates (evaluate then sum, or sum then evaluate), and changes are tracked, so an auditor can trace any figure on a report back to its inputs.
- Formulas organised by circuit: crushing, milling, gravity, leach, elution and more
- Explicit aggregation rules for daily, weekly and monthly roll-ups
- Unit-of-measure aware, with conversions handled by the system
- Change history so past periods still reproduce their original results
